DBT origins and core concepts are reviewed along with the application of DBT to treat clients who struggle with problem behaviors.

She has applied DBT across the continuum of care with her clients, from outpatient therapy and skills groups to partial hospitalization and inpatient settings. She specializes in working with clients who struggle with eating, substance use, borderline personality, anxiety, and mood disorders utilizing DBT.
